To some, this villain is a frequent visitor.

To overcome this villain you must become comfortable with who you are.You must accept yourself for the unique and wonderful person that you are. Do not fall prey to the thought that you will be liked or accepted more if you were more like someone else. In many cases, the best way to start to overcome this villain is to say nothing. When in a situation where you feel the pressure to be someone you are not, say nothing rather than pretend to say what you think the listener wants to hear.When you are not yourself, you also run the risk of depriving others of something truly unique: You.
